Refund Policy
This policy outlines how cancellations, refunds, and project-related payment matters are handled by Digitech IT Solution.
Project-Based Services
Payments made for completed milestones, strategy sessions, or delivered work are generally non-refundable once the corresponding work has been approved or executed.
Cancellation Policy
If a client chooses to cancel an ongoing project, payments already applied to completed work, reserved resources, or delivered assets may not be refunded. Any eligible balance will be reviewed case by case.
Recurring Services
For monthly retainers or recurring service plans, cancellation requests should be provided before the next billing cycle. Work already scheduled or executed for the active cycle remains chargeable.
Exceptional Cases
If a refund request involves duplicate payment, billing error, or another exceptional issue, we will review the matter and communicate the resolution in writing.
